Lynchburg’s Outdoor Leadership Program (OLP) offers a series of experiential learning activities designed to help groups solve problems together and develop cooperative relationships.
Our staff members facilitate challenges for the group and then lead discussions. During those discussions, participants learn by sharing reactions, identifying successful behaviors, and using their collective insight to improve performance.
Adventure courses can be tailored to your group’s needs and are suitable for almost any age. Although most activities do involve a physical component, some activities may be performed indoors. The course is far more mentally than physically challenging.

Program Flexibility
Our Adventure Course is located on the University of Lynchburg campus. However, many of our leadership workshops require little more than an open field or large classroom. This means we’re not limited by weather or location. We can travel to you!

Release Form
Each participant must read, complete, and sign the release and covenant not to sue prior to accessing the property, please understand we require releases for everyone, even bystanders. Particpiants under the age of 18 must sign a release in addition to their parent/guardian.
