Lynchburg’s Outdoor Leadership Program (OLP) offers a series of experiential learning activities designed to help groups solve problems together and develop cooperative relationships.
Our staff members facilitate challenges for the group and then lead discussions. During those discussions, participants learn by sharing reactions, identifying successful behaviors, and using their collective insight to improve performance.
Adventure courses can be tailored to your group’s needs and are suitable for almost any age. Although most activities do involve a physical component, some activities may be performed indoors. The course is far more mentally than physically challenging.
