Rehab Associates of Central Virginia recently awarded scholarships to students in Lynchburg’s Doctor of Physical Therapy program.
The award recognizes Aaron Smith as someone whose career and life are worthy of emulation, with the goal of increasing the pool of professionals working to solve medical, technological, and societal problems. “Those of us who see Aaron interact with students, community members, and his family know that he is a role model, and I am pleased that Minority Access recognizes him, too,” said Lynchburg College President Dr. Kenneth R. Garren.
More than one-fourth of Lynchburg Business Magazine’s first “20 Under 40” list have ties to Lynchburg College. They include alumni and two current graduate students.
