The Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction (MEd) with the Instructional Leadership Emphasis is a 30-hour program designed for licensed teachers who want to become leaders in their school and school division. This program focuses on developing the skills needed to provide leadership in educational organizations, school improvement efforts, staff development, and policy development within the school and beyond. Courses are offered in the evenings and during the summer session to accommodate the busy schedules of teachers in the field.
