Make sure you have sent your final transcripts from all previous institutions and reviewed your transcript evaluation to make sure you do not enroll in courses you do not need to take.
Before you meet with your advisor:

- Become familiar with the academic catalog and the course requirements for the major(s) in which you are interested.

In addition to helping you plan your schedule, your advisor can:

- Advise you about opportunities for internships, research or study abroad programs
- Help you explore post-graduate education and career opportunities

Register for classes online
After you talk with your academic advisor, you can register for classes online at myLC.
You will receive instructions from your academic advisor on how to register online for your classes. If you have any questions about online registration, please call 434.544.8218.
