Students wishing to drop a Winter Term course must use the Official Course Add/Drop Form.

Course drops, or course withdrawals are processed as outlined below. Course drops or withdrawals for courses that meet for other than the noted dates are prorated based on their dates.

Courses scheduled from Dec. 16, 2024, to Jan. 17, 2025:

• Students may not enter a new course after two class days.
• During the first two class days: Courses dropped during the first two class days do not become a part of the student’s permanent record.
• After completing two class days but before completing seven class days, A grade of “W” will be assigned for all courses dropped during this period.
• After seven class days, A student may not withdraw.
