Dr. Scheld is currently working on research related to the effect of community college education on degree attainment and labor market outcomes. She is also interested in the impact charter schools have on their student populations and surrounding communities and other educational policy matters.
Personal Interests
Dr. Scheld loves running! She is currently training to run in her first marathon in November. When not running or working, Dr. Scheld enjoys traveling, hiking, and reading.
