Procedures for All Students
Current and newly admitted students may register in advance on myLynchburg by November 15, 2018 and defer tuition payment until December 15, 2018.
This advance registration/payment deferment procedure applies to all J Term courses.
Payment may be made online: www.lynchburg.edu/payments.
Students who have not registered in advance by November 15 may register at any time prior to or on the first day of the J Term class.
Register online or at the Registrar’s Office, Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Payment must be made at the time of registration. Make payments in person at the cashier’s window, by mail, or online with a credit card: www.lynchburg.edu/payments.
Note: If a class does not have the minimum enrollment one week prior to its start date or on the start date, it may be cancelled.
Scholarships and Financial Assistance
Students with tuition assistance loans or other forms of financial aid must complete the verification process at the cashier’s office on or before the registration day.
