What sparked your interest in physical therapy?
I’ve always wanted a job in the healthcare field, but my interest in physical therapy first sparked when I went with my brother to his sports medicine PT session. I thought it was so cool that he could treat himself through therapeutic exercises.
What’s the most exciting part of the DPT program?
The most exciting part of this program is seeing and feeling everyone’s passion for learning and willingness to collaborate to aide in this learning.
What do you hope to do with your degree?
I hope to work as a physical therapist in an outpatient setting, possibly with individuals with disabilities. I would one day like to own my own clinic in which I can give other physical therapist the opportunity to do this same thing.
What are some of your hobbies?
Spending time with family and friends, reading, spending time outdoors.
What is your favorite quote?
