The University of Lynchburg is accepting applications for an Information Technology/Instructional Support Analyst to join our team. The full-time position will be responsible for providing hardware, software, network and audio-visual system support for our College of Health Sciences programs. The position will work in a team environment to troubleshoot and diagnose classroom, office and lab technology while providing support for remote and on-site faculty, students and staff. Position requires 3-5 years of computer and user support experience, preferably in higher education. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Productivity Suite, Mac OS, iOS and Windows operating systems is required. Basic knowledge of local area networks and audio/visual equipment is important. Apple Technician certification a plus. Good verbal and written communication skills along with an ability to effectively communicate with a variety of technical levels are important. Associate’s degree with an emphasis in computers or information systems or technical degree required. Equivalent work experience or relevant certifications may substitute for college degree.
