University of Lynchburg in Virginia is accepting applications for a graduate assistant coach in Women’s Volleyball. This ten month position runs from August 6, 2018 to June 31, 2019. The successful candidate will assist the head coach in all aspects of their respective program, including assisting daily coaching and planning practices, scouting and game preparation and recruiting qualified student athletes to the program. Candidate must have a commitment to upholding the academic and athletic mission of the University. Other job related duties as assigned by the Director of Athletics. The compensation and benefits package includes tuition waiver and a stipend.
University of Lynchburg is a private co-educational liberal arts institution located at the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains. University of Lynchburg is a Division III institution and is a charter member of the Old Dominion Athletic Conference.
Required qualifications: Bachelor’s degree. Applicants must be accepted into the graduate program at University of Lynchburg. All candidates must have strong interpersonal skills and an ability to communicate with all members of the University community.
