The College of Business at the University of Lynchburg invites applications for a tenure-track position in Operations Management at the Assistant/Associate Professor level for the 2019-20 academic year. In addition to teaching Operations Management at both the undergraduate and the MBA levels, the ideal candidate will be able to teach project management, an introductory course in principles of management and ideally statistics. Information systems expertise would be highly desirable. We are looking for someone who enjoys teaching and who strives for teaching excellence in support of the institution’s liberal arts mission. Experience teaching online is a plus. Scholarship leading to peer-reviewed publication is required. A PhD in business or a related field is required. The selected candidate must complete a background check that is satisfactory to the University.
