The University of Lynchburg invites applications for a full-time, 1-year post-doc position in the Lynchburg College of Arts & Sciences for Mathematics and Statistics. Duties include teaching courses in Mathematics, curriculum development, supervising the University of Lynchburg math club, and conducting individual research. Teaching experience is preferred.
A doctorate in mathematics is required and preference will be given to candidates with some graduate coursework in statistics. Appointment is contingent upon the completion of a background check that is satisfactory to the University.
