The University of Lynchburg invites applications for an adjunct instructor of philosophy position in the School of Humanities for fall 2019/spring 2020. The successful candidate will be committed to excellent liberal arts teaching and dedicated to teaching a range of undergraduate philosophy courses. Candidates with expertise in ethics are particularly welcome. Candidates must have a master’s degree with 18 credit hours in philosophy (PhD preferred), and possess demonstrated excellence in undergraduate teaching and the ability to work with a diverse student body.
