The University of Lynchburg is accepting applications for a Technology Support Services Analyst within the Information Technology and Resources department. The full-time position is part of a team of IT professionals who provide in-house technical PC hardware and software support for the campus. Analysts respond to user calls/emails and personally visit associates to troubleshoot and diagnose PC, printer and software issues. Windows, Mac OS and Microsoft Office knowledge required; SCCM and JAMF/Casper experience a plus. Good verbal and written communication skills along with an ability to effectively communicate with a variety of technical levels a must. Two years of college or technical coursework, or equivalent work experience required.
