The Doctor of Medical Science program in the School of PA Medicine at the University of Lynchburg invites applications for an admissions coordinator position beginning in August 2021. This position will report to the program manager and program director and provide support for the innovative and visionary doctorate education for certified and licensed PAs wishing to advance their academic credentials with emphasis in leadership, scholarship, and advanced clinical medicine. The candidate selected for this position will contribute to program success by building and maintaining a successful recruitment and retention process. They will also provide administrative support for the program manager and program director.
Bachelor’s degree, supplemented with 3 years of related work experience. Experience in academic admissions preferred. Experience in communities with multicultural and multilingual students and healthcare providers. Strong commitment to underserved populations and improving healthcare access.
