About Us Academics Admissions Athletics Giving to the College Graduate Studies Library Student Life

A major area of emphasis for Dining Services is to provide students with healthy and pleasurable dining opportunities. Menu cards are displayed in the service areas to provide nutrition information including portion size, calories, protein, carbohydrates, fat and sodium content. The information supplied on our menu cards is an actual dietary analysis of our recipes completed at the Culinary Institute of America by the C-Board Diet Analyzer.

Daily menus also feature light and lean entrees at both lunch and dinner. Entrees selected as "light and lean" meet the American Heart Association's guidelines for a diet low in fat and cholesterol.
