Lynchburg College is offering financial support options for advanced study in special education through a collaborative program with the Virginia Department of Education. Through this program, all but $200 in tuition costs will be paid for students enrolled in special education licensure coursework.
In addition, partial scholarships are available for teachers and prospective teachers enrolled in Lynchburg College’s M.Ed. program in special education. Graduate assistantships for full-time students are also available.
Lynchburg College offers a comprehensive graduate program in special education with numerous options including learning disabilities, emotional/behavioral disorders, mental retardation, early childhood special education, and autism spectrum disorders.
