Congratulations on your acceptance to Lynchburg College!
Here are your next steps to enroll for the spring semester:

Credit EvaluationStudent in Dell

The Office of the Registrar will complete an evaluation of your credits, and you should receive this approximately two weeks after you receive your acceptance letter. Please remember to send a final transcript to the Office of Enrollment Services upon completion of any coursework in progress so that you receive all of the credits you have earned. If you have questions about your credit evaluation please call 434/544-8218.



Financial Aid AwardsPresident Garren and Student

Students who are interested in filing the FAFSA to possibly receive financial aid, grants, and other awards should complete the FAFSA and list Lynchburg College's school code (003720) so that we may create a financial aid package for you. If you have questions about this please contact the Financial Aid office at 434/544-8228.

Reservation Deposit

If you plan to enroll at Lynchburg College, contact the Office of Enrollment Services to pay your reservation deposit at 434/544-8300. The fees are listed below. Please note that College policy states that students who are 24 years of age or younger who have not achieved senior status at Lynchburg College are required to live on-campus. Students with ninety-one or more transferred credits are considered as seniors at LC.

Full-time students living on campus: $500
Full-time students not living on campus: $300
Part-time students not living on campus: $100

Course Scheduling/Advising

Students who have submitted a reservation deposit will be contacted by the Academic Advising office beginning October 19th. You will want to contact your academic advisor regarding course selection and registration once you have made the decision to enroll. For questions concerning academic advising, please call 434/544-8419.


Housing and Orientation Connection Leaders and Elsie

If you intend to live on campus, you should contact Residence Life after you deposit at 434/544-8320 to discuss your housing opportunities. All transfer and Access students are required to attend "Tracks to LC," our formal introduction to the College, which will be held on January 15, 2010. Residential transfer students are required to move in on January 14, 2010.
