Fall Opening (August)

List of Approved Early Arrivals for Fall 2009

Dear Students:

I hope you are having a great summer and you are all doing well!!

Many of you are probably already preparing for August, and some of you may even be gearing up to return early for your student groups, athletics, and/or organizational training. In order to ensure that you are on the list to return early please check your e-mail for a memo from our office letting you know the earliest date that you are allowed to check in and the process you should follow to do so. If you have not received an e-mail confirmation by mid-July stating the earliest date that you may return, please contact your coach, supervisor, advisor, etc. to make sure he/she registered your group to come back early. Once completed and approved you will be automatically notified by e-mail.

Below is a list for all currently approved organizations requesting early arrivals for the fall. (Please do not assume you are on the list to return early. If you have not received an e-mail from myself or the Office of Residence Life by mid-July, please contact your coaches, supervisors, advisors, etc. for further assistance.)
