LC Golf Finishes Fourth at Apprentice

WILLIAMSBURG, VA – The Lynchburg College golf team tied for fourth place at the two-day Glenn Heath Shipbuilder Invitational, hosted by the Apprentice School.

Ryan White (Round Hill, VA/Loudoun Valley) fired a team-best 75 on Tuesday, to finish in second-place individually overall (152 two-day total). Greg Hanlon (Clifton, VA/Paul VI) had an 83, Jason Early (Radnor, PA/Radnor) carded an 86 and Thomas Pitts (Tallahassee, FL/Leon) and Chris Henry (Mathews/Mathews) posted 90 and 91, respectively.

Lynchburg will compete at Washington & Lee University next Monday and Tuesday.
