Printed materials include such items as Lynchburg College Magazine, brochures, newsletters, letterhead/envelopes, invitations, certificates, flyers, posters, printed monthly calendar of events, Fine Arts Lecture Series poster, and other projects.

Policy

All printed materials that represent Lynchburg College must be approved by the publications staff. Questions about the approval process should be addressed to the director of publications.

Production

Concept development, writing, copy editing, graphic design, artwork creation, printing coordination, delivery, quality control, and invoice processing for commercial printing are among services offered.

Guidelines

Campus clients should submit written copy in a specified format and submit photos and other images to be used in their printed materials.

Logos

All College symbols (such as the logo, seal, Hornet) follow strict usage guidelines, and PR approval for their use is needed.

Writing/Style

Lynchburg College adheres to the University of Chicago Manual of Style (http://www.chicagomanualofstyle.org) for its publications.
