Advertising in national, regional, local print and broadcast media, as well as other venues is managed by PR. The marketing and communications specialist works with departments and individuals to develop short/long-range advertising plans and to place individual ads. Individuals wishing to place advertising should contact PR to initiate their requests. Staff will respond by:
- providing information on deadlines and costs
- crafting advertising message
- working with graphic designers
- placing advertising, obtaining purchase orders, and providing follow-up with media and vendors
