Terre Haute, IN – Senior Ryan Holmes (Glen Allen, VA/JR Tucker) became a two-time All-American Saturday at the 2007 Division III Indoor Track & Field Nationals, hosted by Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology.

Holmes placed seventh in the triple jump with a leap of 46’6" – needing to finish in the top eight in the event to earn All-American status. He took seventh almost exactly one year ago in the triple to win A-A accolades for the first time in 2006.

The Hornets start their outdoor campaign next weekend at Coastal Carolina.
