The Lynchburg College Club Hockey Team was created to bring the sport of ice hockey to an area where it is not a popular sport. The club is intended to provide athletic events during both the winter and spring semesters to those who don't normally take part in athletics during that time. The team is open to students of any ability level provided that they possess their own equipment.
