Pay Levels and Hourly Rates

• Level 1    Standard Classification  -  Entry Level  -  $7.25
• Level 2    Specialized Classification - Experience and technical knowledge required - $7.35
• Level 3    Leadership  Classification - Supervisory skills required or advanced technical skills - $7.50
• Level 4    Stipend Positions -  SAB/SGA Officers and grant-funded positions - Hourly rates vary
• Level 5    Graduate Assistants - Hourly rates vary
• Level 6    Residence Life Staff  - $8.00 - $10.90
• *Level 7   Assistant Student Supervisors - $7.35
• *Level 8   Student Supervisor - $7.50
• *Note:  Students at levels 7 & 8 (student supervisors) receive an hourly rate of levels 2 & 3 respectively; however, students at levels 7 & 8 have an additional $200 added to their work-study award to maintain number of hours worked per week.
