Caroline Wesley scored 19 points Friday night against Eastern Mennonite University to break the 1,000-point barrier for her career – only the sixth woman in LC basketball history to do so. She scored 19 points again on Saturday against Bridgewater to move into fourth place overall in the all-time LC scoring list and now has 1,029 points. She shot 62 percent for the week (13-21) and grabbed 9.5 rebounds a game. For the season, she averaged 12.9 points a game – and leads the team in rebounding (8.4 per game) and blocked shots (12). |
