Employment opportunities are strong for our alumni: 98 percent report either employment or enrollment in graduate school. Ninety percent of alumni indicate that they were prepared for the workforce.
32% secured their first job prior to graduation.
78% report employment within three months of graduation.

What is the typical annual salary reported by Lynchburg College graduates for a first job?
The typical graduate (35%) reports an annual salary within the range of $30,000 to $39,999 for their first full time job after college.
However, 15% of the recent graduates indicate a salary of $40,000 or higher. Twenty nine percent (29%) of graduates indicate their first job salary was in the $20,000 to $29,999 range. Some graduates elected part-time work and others preferred not to provide us with salary data.
