Senior ForwardThe Book on Snead: Has tremendous leaping ability . . . a tough, physical defender . . . great offensive rebounder . . . should compete to start at a forward spot in her senior season . . . has the skills to dominate a game in the paint.
Junior (2008-09): Used mostly as a reserve as a junior, starting in two of her 26 games played . . . comtinue to add a rebounding presence, snatching up 4.2 boards a game in 12 minutes a contest . . . had a huge game against Washington & Lee at home, playing 15 minutes and scoring 12 points on 4-6 shooting, grabbing four caroms . . . collected a season-high 15 boards against Hollins on 2/21.
Sophomore (2007-08): Averaged eight minutes per game, playing in 18 contests . . . led the team in shooting percentage, hitting at a .462 clip from the field . . . posted a double-double of 16 points and 13 boards, 10 of which were offensive rebounds . . . provided a huge spark at Randolph on 2/19/08, as she hit all four of her shots in 12 minutes of play for 10 points.
Freshman (2006-07): Was third on the team in rebounding, averaging 5.5 caroms a game in just 12 minutes of action a game . . . grabbed 21 rebounds in an LC victory over Emory & Henry.
Before LC: Was a three-year letter winner for Jean Adkins at Henrico HS . . . was also a part of the Warrior volleyball team.
Personal: Parents Eric and Alfreda Snead . . . has one sister . . . exercise physiology major.
