Ricky Flynn - Men’s Cross Country
 Lynchburg College sophomore Ricky Flynn (Gaithersburg, MD/Damascus) won the individual men’s title at the 35-school New York Invitational Saturday, at Van Courtland Park.
Flynn bested almost 300 other runners en route to winning the title, finishing the five-mile course in 26:31. |
