Sophomore (2009): Had another fantastic season in the midfield for Lynchburg . . . played more of an defensive role this season, but still excelled . . . started and played in all 23 games this year, as she has only missed one start at LC . . . finished the campaign with three goals and five assists . . . started the season with a two-assist contest against Mary Washington . . . scored a huge goal against Washington & Lee in a 3-2 win over the Generals.

Freshman (2008): Emerged as one of the best midfielders in the conference in her first season . . . speed and knowledge of the game make her a tough matchup . . . very solid in the open field . . . was an immediate starter in the midfield for LC, as she played in all 24 games, starting all but one . . . finished the season with two scores, finding the back of the net against Sweet Briar on Oct. 1 and Sewanee in the NCAA Tournament . . . dished out nine assists, third-best on the team and tied for third in the league . . . had two-assist games against Bridgewater and Shenandoah . . . both of her goals this season were game-winners.

Before LC: Highly touted athlete out of Mountain View HS . . . three-year starter for Patty Sullivan and the Wildcats . . . earned first-team All-Commonwealth District honors as a junior and senior, while also being named to the All-Region first team as well . . . garnered first-team All-Virginia in 2007, after being honored as a second-team All-State performer as a junior . . . helped the Wildcats to a district title in 2007, taking MVHS to two state semi-finals games . . .Morris also competed in soccer, indoor and outdoor track.

Personal: Parents Glenn and Diana Morris . . . one brother and one sister . . . business adminstration major . . . also runs track for the Hornets.
