Senior (2009): Finished her career in style, lifting Lynchburg to its fourth consecutive league championship . . . continued her role as the defensive stopper and link from defense to offense . . . one of the best tacklers on the ball in the region . . . started and played in every game this season . . . played in 85 games as a Hornet, starting all but one . . . scored her only goal of the season on a stroke against Shenandoah . . . assisted on three goals, including one in a 3-0 win over Eastern Mennonite during the season . . . selected to play in the Senior All-Star Game in South Hadley, MA during the Final Four festivities . . . leaves Lynchburg as one of the most decorated defensive players in school history.

Junior (2008): Helped LC to its third ODAC Championship . . . one of the best players in the conference . . . brings an all-around game to the Hornets midfield . . . stick work and dribbling ability among the best in the league . . . fiesty competitor . . . again had a stellar season for the Hornets, as she played and started all 24 games . . . was third on the team and tied for third in the conference with nine assists on the season . . . scored goals against Virginia Wesleyan and Sewanne . . . was 1-2 on penalty strokes during the year . . . made defensive saves against Stevenson and Eastern Mennonite in the ODAC Championship game.

Sophomore (2007): Had a midseason injury that caused her to miss time, but still managed to play in 18 games, starting 17 . . . scored her lone goal of the season against Roanoke . . . gave out three assists, including one in the NCAA win over Centre College . . . also made a defensive save against Centre.

MilksFreshman (2006): One of the best freshman in the ODAC her freshman season . . . started and played all 21 games as a newcomer . . . played more in the backfield as a first-year player . . . posted five defensive saves in 2006, including two in a 3-2 win over Washington & Lee.

Before LC: Was a four year letter winner and three-year starter for the Dukes of Gloucester HS . . . was first-team all-district in 2004 and 2005 . . . also lettered four years in soccer, where she was a first-team all-league player as well . . . National Honor Society and Beta Club member.

Personal: Daughter of Steve and Tammy Milks . . . has one brother and one sister, Shelly . . . nursing major . . . Dean's List honoree in both freshman and sophomore years.
