2008 SECOND-TEAM ALL-ODAC
Junior (2009): Retreated to more of a defensive role as a junior and still had a great season for LC . . . superior knowledge of the game which allows her to anticipate well . . . more often then not forces fouls on the opposing team which translates to fast breaks the other way . . . again started and played in all 23 games, marking the second straight season that occured . . . posted an assist in wins over Sweet Briar and Eastern Mennonite . . . made one defensive save against the Bears of Ursinus in the NCAA Second Round contest . . . part of a defense that allowed just 35 goals all season, and six scores in conference play.
Sophomore (2008): One of the biggest impact players on the squad . . . versatile and can play anywhere on the field . . . defensive minded first, but inserts on penalty corners . . . takes advantage of her opportunites to score around the cage . . . played and started in every game as a sophomore . . . was third on the team with eight goals on the year . . . second in the ODAC and on the squad with 11 assists . . . posted multi-goal games against Sweet Briar and Frostburg St. . . . posted a goal and an assist in a win over rival Roanoke.
Freshman (2007): Stepped in as an immediate starter in her freshman campaign . . . played in all 24 games, starting all but one . . . scored three goals on the year, assisting on one . . . scored goals in wins over St. Vincent, Roanoke and Centre College . . . assisted on an Allie Weir goal.
Before LC: Was a star at Rising Sun HS, where she lettered four years and started three seasons . . . was first-team All-State in '06, along with garnering Cecil County Player of the Year . . . also competed in track for four seasons . . . All-County first-team in '05 and '06.
Personal: Daughter of William and Charlotte Gibb . . . has two brothers and two sisters . . . part of LC Honor Program . . . Dean's List honoree every semester at LC thus far . . . environmental science major.
