Book Return Refund Policy
- Spring 2008 -
No returns on textbooks unless you drop the class!
You will need to drop the class before you return a book.
- Refunds/exchanges for used books until January 25.
- Refunds/exchanges for new books (unmarked) until February 8.
- Purchase all required books before February 8. After this date the books may not be available.
- You MUST have your sales receipt for a refund or exchange.
- New books must be in NEW UNMARKED condition.
- NO REFUNDS on textbooks or software if shrink wrap has been removed.
- NO REFUNDS on optional purchase (recommended textbook)---note shelf tag or status online at www.lynchburg.edu/studentsonline.
STORE HOURS: 9 a.m. - 4 p.m. weekdays. Exceptions and additional hours are noted on homepage www.lynchburg.edu/bookstore
Find out what you need for class
If you are enrolled in a class at LC, you may log on to MyLC: http://apps.lynchburg.edu/myLC_Welcome.htm. You will need your network username and password and your pin number. Click on MyLC. You will be prompted to log on. Once logged into MyLC, click students online, put your studentsonline pin number in to log on, select Class/Exam Schedule, select the semester (drop-down box), and click on the box to include textbook information. You will see your class schedule and below will be required course materials. (See caution below.)
