Center Caroline Wesley led Lynchburg to two wins in three games last week. The 6-2 junior averaged 16.7 points, 8.7 rebounds per game and shot 68 percent from the field (19-28) and 92 percent from the free-throw line (12-13). Wesley also blocked five shots and had seven steals.
The Lynchburg College Hornet of the Week is selected each Monday by the department of athletics. A student-athlete is eligible to win the award just once per season. |
