Persons eligible in this awards category are employed in "exempt" administrative, managerial, and leadership staff positions such as department managers or directors, assistant directors, coordinators, enrollment services associates, registrar, librarians, assistant coaches, associate deans, and assistant deans. It includes all "exempt" staff positions. Normally, one would have three years of service to the College.

Criteria for this Award:

The recipient of this Award is considered by others to be exemplary in the performance of his/her day-to-day responsibilities, contributions to our students, and support for the professional development of others. This person is cooperative, dedicated, and is committed to College service, both through internal and, as appropriate, external professional involvement. This colleague not only has a track record of exemplary performance but recent examples of involvement in special events/projects that have been accomplished should illustrate how this person's characteristics and qualities uniquely qualify this staff member for this Award.
