Some students choose to take additional courses during the summer at Lynchburg College or at home. The most common reasons are to accelerate academic progress, reduce the amount of courses the student must take during fall or spring semester, or to take advantage of special programs in the summer like Study Abroad or Internships.
For Summer School at Lynchburg College students enroll using a regular drop-add form available at Academic and Career Services, the Office of the Registrar, Academic School offices or on line (http://www.lynchburg.edu/registrar/forms.htm).
For summer study at another college, students must complete an Out of Residence Study form available though the Office of the Registrar or on-line (http://www.lynchburg.edu/registrar/forms.htm).
