The faculty in the History Program provide complete coverage of American history and European civilization from ancient to contemporary, as well as excellent coverage of African and African-American history. Professors come from a variety of geographical areas and graduate schools throughout the world. They will guide you in exploring the many diverse interests you may have. The History Program has close ties with the interdisciplinary major in international relations and the minor in medieval and renaissance studies.
