Jon Jerrild is working for an investment firm in New York City.
Jenna Jewell is working toward her Ph.D. in social psychology at the University of Kentucky, where she received a full stipend and research/teaching assistantship.
Ashley Longstreet is attending Florida State University, where she is pursuing an advanced degree in biochemistry.
John Marks was awarded a full stipend and research/teaching assistantship to pursue his Ph.D. in history at Rice University.
Ashley Meyer is in dental school at the University of Missouri, Kansas City.
Haylee Nelson is pursuing a degree in international relations at American University.
Ashley Payne is attending the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, School of Law.
Jordan Taylor is a teaching assistant at James Madison University, where he is working on his M.A. in history.

Tricia Clay is pursuing her M.B.A. at Lynchburg College and currently works as the school's assistant women's lacrosse coach.
Stephanie Harms is working on her M.A. in theater education at Emerson College in Boston.
Jennifer La Plante will complete her M.A. in English at Lynchburg College in 2011.
Justin Lerche is attending George Mason Law School.
Sara Morton is enrolled at Pace University School of Law. She just returned from a study abroad program to Egypt.
Jill Murray has returned to South Korea, where she teaches English at Castle Academy in Daegu.
Carolyn Nelson is teaching English at a language school in La Palma del Condado, Spain.
Joe Orenstein is pursuing his law degree at Mercer University Law School, where he is on a full-tuition scholarship.
Sarah Peters is working toward her Ph.D. in economics at George Mason University while employed as an economist with the Minerals Management Service in the U.S. Department of the Interior.
Amanda Salemno is employed at Vector Biolabs in the Sales and Marketing Department.
Derrick VanLeer is using his art and Spanish majors by working as a graphic designer for PMB Products, where he prepares materials primarily for markets in Latin America.

Doug Haigh is currently enrolled at the New England School of Optometry.
Mary Mohay is pursuing a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree at Duke University.
Rachel Moore completed her M.S. in recreation, parks, and sport leadership at Virginia Commonwealth University in August 2009.
Crystal Moorman is working on her Ph.D. in physics at Drexel University in Philadelphia, where she has a full tuition scholarship and is teaching introductory physics.
Dyanna Sorvillo has started a M.A.T. program in Theatre Education at the University of North Carolina, Charlotte.
2007
Jessica Bridge received her M.Ed.in community counseling from Lynchburg College and is currently employed at the Utah Department of Family and Child Services.
Tom Brown is working on his M.Ed. in science education at Lynchburg College while he teaches high school in Chatham, Virginia.
Leigh Mackintosh is attending Yale Divinity School at Yale University on a full-tuition scholarship. She will pursue a vocation in ministry.
Kellie Parks works as a registered nurse in the oncology unit at Georgetown University Hospital. She begins the Family Nurse Practitioner Graduate Program at Georgetown University in September of 2010.
Jim Pask is a fourth-year doctoral student in microbiology and immunology at Vanderbilt University, and he recently successfully completed his qualifying examinations. He has published his first professional journal article in EcoHealth, "Chytridiomycosis and Amphibian Population Declines Continue to Spread Eastward in Panama."
Justin Recklau has completed his M.S. in health and exercise sciences at the University of Delaware.
Beth Rubinstein has returned to graduate school at West Chester University to complete an M.Ed. program in special education.
Lora Settle began a graduate history program at Virginia Tech in Fall 2008.
Ben Sprague completed his graduate degree in public policy at Georgetown University and is currently employed at Deloitte as a strategy and operations consultant in Washington, DC.
Adam Stanley has passed the Virginia Bar Exam. Adam received his law degree from Liberty University Law School in Lynchburg, Virginia.
Nicole Wakefield is an associate scientist with a large biopharmaceutical company in Rockville, Maryland. She recently took on a new position within the company in the Laboratory Animal Diagnostic Services Department doing DNA research.
Caroline Wesley completed her M.S. in kinesiology with an athletic training concentration from Indiana University and is currently a certified athletic trainer at Oglethorpe University in Atlanta.
Jessica Womack is a practicing RN at Lynchburg General Hospital, where she works in the Neurological Intensive Care Unit.
2006
Katie Hunt has completed two internships at the Turpentine Creek Wildlife Refuge in Arkansas. She is currently employed as a zookeeper at Mill Mountain Zoo in Roanoke, Virginia.
Erica Joerger Deane teaches seventh-grade math in Shenandoah County, Virginia.
Kate Skaggs has completed her environmental studies graduate degree at the College of Charleston. Her thesis title was "Implications of Emerging Neoliberal Politics on Conservation Governance in the South Carolina Low Country."
Katie Sparrow completed her M.A. in international affairs at American University in May 2008 and accepted a position as manager of international affairs at the International Dairy Foods Association in Washington, DC.
Jessica Stevermer completed her Master of Public Administration at Western Carolina University. She works as the fund development coordinator for Buncombe County Parks, Greenways, and Recreation Services in North Carolina.
Emily Strotman is earning her M.A. in public communications at American University.
2005
Heather Blythe works full-time at the Weather Channel while pursuing her graduate degree in psychology. She has two children.
Amy Boyles worked for three years as an intelligence analyst with the federal government. She is now pursuing an M.S.W. in refugee and immigrant studies.
Trina Hicks Griles is employed in the Fairfax County School District.
Koryn Johnston has completed her medical training at Midwestern University.
Elizabeth Vaughn Linehan teaches high school English while working on her M.A. in English at Lynchburg College. She and her husband Joey have two daughters, Audrey Rose and Grace Elizabeth.
Angie House Yount teaches special needs students in the Berkley County, South Carolina, School District.

Ashley Markovitch Swistak is enrolled in a Master of Arts in Teaching Program at Queens University in Charlotte. She and Andrew are the proud parents of Alekzander.
2003
Diana Hodges-Batzka completed her Master of Divinity at Vanderbilt University in 2009.
Krista Gilley earned her M.Ed. in school counseling from Lynchburg College in 2003. She is currently employed as a school counselor at Forest Middle School.
Andrea Russell Hines is a middle school band director in Lee County, Virginia, where she also assists with the high school marching band. She will soon complete her M.A. in music education at Shenandoah Conservatory in Winchester, Virginia.
Megan Jonas Lupo graduated from Florida State University School of Law in 2006.
Mike Miller completed his M.F.A. at Temple University. He has performed with the Walnut Street Theatre and the Philadelphia Shakespeare Festival. He also played the title role in Romeo and Juliet in New York City's Shakespeare in the Park series. He resides in Los Angeles, where he continues to explore professional acting opportunities.

Courtney Krug Schultz earned an M.S. from Johns Hopkins University before starting medical school at Marshall University, where she is in her second year.

Teah Quinn graduated from William & Mary Law School in 2003.
Randy Schultz is currently a third-year medical student at Marshall University. Prior to attending medical school, he received his M.S. in ecology from Utah State University (2003).

Amy Brocato Pearson completed her M.A. in journalism at the University of Texas at Austin in 2000 after writing for an American military newspaper in Germany for a few years.
1993
Dan Reilly completed his M.B.A. at Georgia State University in 1999. He is now a managing director at Thornburg Investment Management.
1992
Lynn Langford completed her M.Ed. in special education in 1994 and is working on her M.A. in English at LC. She taught special education for 13 years in Halifax and Campbell counties and is now a high school English teacher in Amherst County. She is also the proud mother of Joseph, Joshua, and Kaitlin.
1991
Victoria Williams is now Dr. Williams, associate professor of political science and director of the Alvernia University Honors Program. She is married to Scot Case and has two daughters, Lillian and Charlotte.
