The purpose of the Lynchburg College English Club is to develop and cultivate the literary acumen of the LC community and provide a forum for the thoughtful discourse and examination of issues related to the English language.
The English Club meets monthly.
English Club membership is open to all students enrolled at Lynchburg College and particularly emphasizes English majors and minors. All are invited to attend any of the programs. Activities include poetry slams, readings by students and faculty, career planning and graduate school advising sessions, and plenty of receptions with great food.
