Women's Cross Country Runs at Elon

ELON, NC - The Lynchburg College women's cross country team placed fourth in the 10-squad Elon Invitational, finishing ahead of six Division I and II squads.

Jennie Pernisi (Camden, NY/APW) led the pack for Lynchburg as she crossed the finish line with a time of 20:00 to place 22nd while Molly Galloway (Fairfax, VA/W.T. Woodson) recorded a time of 20:13 to finish 29th. Monica Ramstad (Haddonfield, NJ/Haddonfield Memorial) and Aubrey Berry (Chesapeake, VA/Warren Township) finished 41st and 43rd with times of 21:02 and 21:07 while Kiley Trennepohl (Monticello, IN/The Culver Academies) had a time of 21:20.

The Hornets travel to Carlisle, PA, to participate in the Dickinson College Invitational at 10 a.m.
