Sean Sutherland To Participate in ODAC-USA South Senior Basketball Challenge

For the fourth consecutive year, the Old Dominion Athletic Conference (ODAC) and the USA South Athletic Conference will be bringing extra exciting basketball to the region. The ODAC/USA South Senior Basketball Challenge is set for this Sunday, March 22, on the campus of Hampden-Sydney College. The women’s contest will tip-off at 1:00 p.m. with the men’s match-up following at 3:00 p.m. Admission to the game is free.

Mason Wooldridge Earns Second-Team All-ODAC honors, Steven Echols Honorable Mention

Randolph-Macon College senior Justin Short took home the ODAC Player of the Year award, announced on Thursday as part of the league's conference tournament festivities. Guilford head coach Tom Palombo was tabbed as the Bob Johnson ODAC Coach of the Year. Randolph College forward Derrick Woods-Morrow received ODAC Freshman of the Year honors, and Washington and Lee University senior Ben Heller was selected as the 2009 ODAC/Farm Bureau Scholar-Athlete.
