OSA Policies & Procedures
Office of Student Activities Resource Room Usage Policy Revised: August, 2002
The Student Activities Resource Room may be used by registered organizations for organization activities only. Please adhere to the following guidelines to ensure organizational privileges.
- Students must sign in with the student assistant in the Office of Student Activities before using the Resource Room.
- Students are expected to clean up your work area when finished, and put all supplies away.
- Do not misuse any property or equipment. Organizations found responsible for damages will be assessed replacement costs.
- Do NOT refill markers. Please see someone in the office if ink is low.
- Students should turn off helium tanks when finished.
- Do not remove any supplies, markers, or equipment from the Resource Room.
- Please lock and shut the door when you leave. Students should notify the office when supplies are low, or if there are any problems or damage to equipment.
- If you have any questions, or need assistance, please see one of the student assistants in our office.
- Failure to abide by this policy can result in fines and loss of usage privileges.
- Organizations wishing to reserve the Conference Room may do so by contacting the Office of Student Activities. The Conference Room is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Please remove all trash and wipe off tables if necessary.
- If a group has the Conference Room scheduled after you, please be considerate of the time.
- Do not misuse any property. Organizations may be found responsible for damages.
- Do not remove any property from the room.
- Please lock and shut the door when you leave. For meetings that take place after 5 p.m. you will need to check out a key in the Office of Student Activities prior to 5 p.m. on the day of your meeting and this key is to be returned at 8:30 a.m. the following morning.
- Please notify the office if there are any problems or damages in the Conference Room.
- If you have any questions, or need assistance, please see one of the student assistants in our office.
