ASHLAND, VA - Senior Tyler Tolson (Lutherville, MD/ Loyola Blakefield) earned first-team honors as the 2009 Virginia Sports Information Directors (VaSID) Men's Lacrosse All-College All-State team was recently announced. Dylan Hoff (Chester Springs, PA/Downington East) earned the state's Rookie of the Year Award and nabbed a second-team spot.

Tolson, an honorable mention All-American and first-team All-Old Dominion Athletic Conference (ODAC) honoree this spring, led the ODAC in goals per game, game winning goals, and man up goals and was fourth in points per game. He posted a team-best 50 goals and 58 points and became the College's top goal scorer of all-time this season.

Shane Roscher and Jeff Eggeling joined Hoff on the second team after anchoring a defense that boasted a 9.50 goals against average. Roscher, a junior, earned first-team all-conference accolades in 2009 while senior Eggeling was a second-teamer.
