Program Application Requirements
- Baccalaureate degree (regionally/nationally accredited college/university)
- Official transcripts with all coursework
- Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA overall and 3.0 cumulative GPA when factoring only science coursework
- Completed DPT Program Application form (PDF)
- Applications are invited as of October 1 and will continue until further notice
- GRE scores
- Career goals statement (300-500 words)
- 40 hours of practical experience under the direct supervision of a licensed physical therapist with verification by completed experience record (Verification of Physical Therapist Observation form (PDF))
- Two additional recommendation letters, at least one being from a licensed physical therapist
