Lynchburg Women's Tennis Players Honored on All-ODAC Lists

                SALEM, VA - The Lynchburg College women's tennis team was honored Tuesday with three honorees to the Old Dominion Athletic Conference (ODAC) squads, as voted on by the coaches and announced by the league office.

                In singles play, sophomore Jessie Moore (Salem, VA/Glenvar) was named to the No. 2 singles second-team. Moore went 6-10 on the season, but was 4-5 within conference play. On the doubles side, the pairing of juniors Elizabeth Eckert (Annandale, VA/Annandale) and Krysten Bishop (Big Rapids, MI/Big Rapids) took home second-team All-ODAC at No. 1 doubles. The duo went 5-11 on the season at the top double position, but was 4-5 in the conference.

                Washington & Lee University's Katie Tabb was named the league's Player and ODAC/Farm Bureau Scholar-Athlete of the Year, while teammate Ellen Yeatman earned Rookie of the Year accolades. General's head mentor Eric Ishida was named conference Coach of the Year for the second consecutive year.
