LYNCHBURG, VA - Hornet freshman attack Dylan Hoff (Chester Springs, PA/Downingtown East) was named the Inside Lacrosse Nike Division III Men's Lacrosse Player of the Week this week.
In the Hornets' only contest of the week Wednesday, Hoff netted four goals against then #7 ranked Washington & Lee University in a 10-7 LC victory. The win gave Lynchburg the #2 seed in the on-going Old Dominion Athletic Conference (ODAC) Championship Tournament. The rematch with the Generals will take place Wednesday evening at 7 p.m. on Shellenberger Field in the conference semifinals. The winner advances to the finals Sunday.
For the season, Hoff has 30 goals and 16 assists and ranks third in overall points. LC is 11-4 overall and rank #15 in NCAA Division III
