LC Men's Lacrosse Enters ODAC Tourney as #2 seed

Roanoke Enters as #1 Seed
Lynchburg Gains Second Spot on Last Day

SALEM, Va. --- Roanoke College enters the 2009 ODAC Men's Lacrosse Tournament as the top seed following a perfect 16-0 record through the regular season, including a 6-0 showing in conference play.  Along with Lynchburg College, the Maroons earn one of two first round byes as this season's tournament has been expanded to include six teams

Lynchburg, ranked 18th in the nation, played its way into the second seed on the final day of regular season competition with a 10-7 road victory at Washington and Lee University.  Rated seventh in the country, the Generals will host one of two quarterfinal games on Saturday, April 25, as the third seed.

Hampden-Sydney College maintains the #4 seed while Randolph-Macon College and Guilford College round out the field.  The Yellow Jackets travel to H-SC and the Quakers to W&L for their quarterfinal matchups.
