            LYNCHBURG, VA - The Greensboro College women's tennis team won four of six singles matches en route to a 5-4 win over Lynchburg College in competition held at Randolph College.

            Sophomore Bridget Rachwal (East Aurora, NY/East Aurora) was a double winner Friday, taking her match at #6 singles 8-0 and teaming with Sarah Fleming (Overland Park, KS/Blue Valley Northwest) to win 8-4 at #3 doubles. The Hornet #2 doubles team of Jessie Moore (Salem, VA/Glenvar) and Clare Wallendjack (Kensington, MD/Walter Johnson) earned an 8-1 win and Krissy Dull (Greensboro, NC/Bishop McGuinness) captured her #4 singles match 8-4.

            The Hornets (1-8) travel to Emory & Henry College Saturday for an Old Dominion Athletic Conference match at 1:30 p.m.
