About Us Academics Admissions Athletics Giving to the College Graduate Studies Library Student Life

Full-time students have a schedule of 12-15 credit hours each semester, or 4-6 classes.  New freshmen are prescheduled by the Office of Academic Advising (Academic and Career Services) before they come to Student Orientation and Registration. They may change this initial schedule after consulting with an advisor.  New transfers consult in person or by phone or email with their transfer advisors to create a schedule before attending orientation.  Continuing students register for the entire academic year every spring after spring break using on-line registration available on Students on Line (link).  Students may change their schedules or register for summer school using drop-add forms available through academic and career services, the Registrars Office, School Offices, or on line (www.lynchburg.edu/registrar ).  A list of available courses is also available on line.
